  • ¾ cup frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (optional, for extra flavor)
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until fully combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Place in the refrigerator to chill while you make the filling.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add sweetened condensed milk and beat until fully combined.
  5. Mix in lemonade concentrate and lemon zest (if using) until smooth.
  6. Gently fold in the whipped topping until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  7. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and smooth the top.
