Ingredients

Scale

For the crust layer:

  • 1 box vanilla wafers
  • 4 tbsp melted butter

For the cheesecake layer:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ½ cups whipped topping

For the banana pudding layer:

  • 1 package instant banana pudding mix (5.1 oz)
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced

For the strawberry layer:

  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 2 tbsp granulated sugar

For topping:

  • Whipped topping
  • Crushed vanilla wafers
  • Sliced strawberries

Instructions

    1. Crush vanilla wafers and mix with melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9×13-inch dish to form a crust layer.
    2. In a bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping. Spread this cheesecake mixture evenly over the crust.
    3. In another bowl, whisk together the banana pudding mix and cold milk until it thickens. Layer the pudding over the cheesecake layer.
    4. Arrange banana slices evenly over the pudding.
    5. In a small bowl, toss sliced strawberries with sugar. Let sit for a few minutes to release juices, then spread over the banana layer.
    6. Top with whipped topping, then garnish with crushed vanilla wafers and extra sliced strawberries before serving.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm bananas for best texture and sweetness.

  • Fresh strawberries offer the best flavor, but frozen can be used if properly thawed and drained.

  • Make ahead for better flavor integration—overnight chilling works best.

  • Customize layers with your favorite fruits, puddings, or crust alternatives.

  • For clean layers, chill the dessert between steps or use a spatula to gently spread each new layer.
